To create your Sun Life Group Benefits account, you will need to navigate to the Sun Life portal. League has made it quick and easy to get there!
First, locate one of your Sun Life cards in your League Wallet. Here you'll see the option to "Submit a Claim to Sun Life". This button will send you directly to the Sun Life portal. This is the portal where you will be able to submit claims for your Drug, Dental and Medical expenses.
You can also access the Sun Life portal using the Sun Life portal link.
Before you can begin submitting claims, you'll need to register!
When you navigate to the Sun Life portal, click "Register".
Next, fill out the required information about yourself. This information will include your name, email address, and birth date. You'll also be required to set up a password and verification question. When you're done, click "Next".
You'll now be able to link your Sun Life benefits to your account. Fill out the required information so Sun Life can locate your file. This information will include your Policy (Plan) ID and Member ID, which can be found on your Sun Life carrier cards in your League Wallet.
Temporary Registration Code
A next step you may be prompted to complete is to enter a 'Temporary Registration Code'. Sun Life will email you this code within a few minutes of registration.
If you haven't received your temporary registration by email, you can call Sun Life at 1-800-361-6212 (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST Monday - Friday). They'll walk you through the process to get you registered.
Note: When you call Sun Life, they'll ask for your Policy (Plan) ID and Member ID.
