Suggested activities are any activities we recommend for you. Based on the unique health goals and interests you mention in your Health Profile and activities you completed in the past, we’ll recommend activities in your Health Journey.
You can find suggested activities grouped into categories in the "Progress" tab of your journey. Tap a category to browse and complete your suggested activities.
If we suggest an activity but you don’t want to complete it, that’s okay! You can remove an activity from your journey whenever you want.
