Get a login for the Digital Success Portal
A League Customer Success Manager (CSM) will email you with your login information. There's one login for your account. If you want more logins, you can open a Case through the Digital Success Portal.
Note: Each additional login costs $250 per year.
Sign in to the Digital Success Portal
1. Navigate to the Digital Success Portal.
2. Enter your username and password, and click “Log in”.
You'll now see a list of your Open Cases.
Reset your password
1. Navigate to the Digital Success Portal.
2. Click “Forgot your password?”.
3. Enter your username and click “Reset Password”.
Salesforce will send an email to the email address associated with your account with a link to reset your password.
