Find your e-Transfer passcode
Who should read this article?
Members with a spending account through League (like a Lifestyle Spending Account). If you have a spending account through an insurance carrier, the carrier will have different steps for reimbursing claims. Learn more in your Wallet.
Once your claim has been approved and the payment has been issued, you can find your e-Transfer passcode by following these steps.

On Mobile:
1. Tap the profile icon.
2. Select the ellipsis (three dots) icon.
3. Select "Banking Info".
4. On this page, you'll see the recipient email and e-Transfer passcode.
Note: Under the “Banking Info” page, you can also generate a new INTERAC e-Transfer passcode by selecting "INTERAC e-Transfer" > "New Passcode". Please note, that this will only change the passcode for future payments! If an e-Transfer has already been sent, please make sure you use the passcode that was active at the time of the e-Transfer.
On Web:
1. Click on the menu in the top right-hand corner.
2. Select "Banking Info".
3. On this page, you'll see the recipient email and e-Transfer passcode.
Note: Under the “Banking Info” page, you can also generate a new INTERAC e-Transfer passcode by selecting "INTERAC e-Transfer" > "New Passcode". Please note, that this will only change the passcode for future payments! If an e-Transfer has already been sent, please make sure you use the passcode that was active at the time of the e-Transfer.
