View and download your benefits information
You can find all the information you need to know about your benefits plan in your Digital Wallet. You’ll find high-level information about your benefits plan directly in your Digital Wallet, but you can also view and download a Full Coverage Booklet (sometimes called a benefits guide) that goes into more detail.
Your insurance carrier creates the Full Coverage Booklet to explain all of the details of your benefits plan. It includes information like:
What your plan covers
How much coverage your plan offers
Instructions for processes like submitting claims
If you have multiple benefits with the same carrier (like medical and dental) then you’ll probably have one Full Coverage Booklet that explains all of these benefits.

1. Tap “Wallet”.

2. Select the benefit you want to view information for.
3. Tap the “Full Coverage Booklet” button.
Note:
This button might be slightly different for you. For example, it might say “Benefits Guide” - but this is the same thing.
You might find other documents in your Digital Wallet, like an employee handbook or plan summary. This just depends on your benefits plan and your employer, but all these documents are designed to help you understand your benefits plan.
Your Full Coverage Booklet will now open on your mobile device. You can access your Full Coverage Booklet anytime in your Digital Wallet, or download the document to your device.
