Troubleshoot partial spending account reimbursements

Members with a spending account through League (like a Lifestyle Spending Account). If you have a spending account through an insurance carrier, the carrier will have different steps for reimbursing claims. Learn more in your Wallet.

There are a variety of reasons for why your League spending account claim could have been partially paid. A few common reasons for a partial reimbursement are:

  • Some of the products or services being claimed are not eligible for coverage.

  • The accounts being claimed against have insufficient funds to cover the full expense.

  • Multiple receipts from different vendors and/or different dates were submitted in one claim.
