Reset your password for the Digital Success Portal

If you forget your password, you can reset it directly from the Digital Success Portal login page.

1. Click “Forgot your password?”.

2. Enter your username and click "Reset Password".

Salesforce will send an email to the email address associated with your account with a link to reset your password.

Open either of the following links on your browser if you try to sign in to your account but are directed back to the sign in screen:
