Trouble using the League app or website

If the League app or website isn’t loading properly or you’re experiencing issues when you try to complete activities, try these troubleshooting steps.

Download the newest version of the League app

If you’re using an older version of the League app, we recommend you download the newest version.

Search for “League Better Benefits” in the App store or Google Play store and download the newest version. When it’s finished downloading, reopen the app and sign in.

Delete and redownload the League app

Delete the League app from your phone. Search for “League Better Benefits” in the App store or Google Play store and download the newest version. When it’s finished downloading, reopen the app and sign in.

Check your internet or data connection

The League app or website may not be able to connect to your internet or data.

Check if you’re connected to the internet or have a data signal. If not, you may need to troubleshoot the issue with your internet or phone provider. The League app and website won’t load until there’s a connection.

Sign out of your League account

It sounds like a silly fix, but sometimes it works!

First, sign out of your League account. Then, completely close the app or website on your phone or browser and reopen it. Once you reopen it, try signing back in. This may resolve any issues with the app or website not loading properly.

Restart your computer or phone

The classic troubleshooting tip. Turn off your computer or phone. After a few seconds, turn it back on and sign back in to your League account on the app or website.

Try a different browser

League runs best on Google Chrome. If you’re having trouble accessing the League website on Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Safari or Firefox, try using Google Chrome if possible. If you’re already using Google Chrome, try using an incognito window.

Trouble accessing my League account

If you can’t sign in to your League account or reset your password, try these troubleshooting steps.

Issue 1: League doesn’t recognize your email address or password

The solution:

  • Make sure you’re using the right email address and password.

  • Check for typos in your email address and password.

  • If you can’t remember your password, reset it.

Issue 2: You lost access to the email address associated with your League account

The solution:

  • If you don’t use “Sign in with Google” and you remember your password: You should still be able to sign in with your old email address. Once you’re signed in, navigate to your profile and update the email address associated with your account.

  • If you don’t use “Sign in with Google” but forgot your password: You can still reset your password and access your account (you don’t need access to your old email address). Once you’ve reset your password and signed in, navigate to your profile and change the email address associated with your account.

  • If you use “Sign in with Google”: Email help@league.com and describe the issue. Our Member Support team will ask you some details to verify your identity. Once they verify your identity, they’ll be able to change the email address associated with your account.

Issue 3: You aren’t receiving your verification code

The solution:

If you’ve changed your phone number recently, the verification code may have been sent to your old phone number. Email help@league.com and describe the issue. Our Member Support team will ask you some details to verify your identity. Once they verify your identity, they’ll be able to change the phone number associated with your account.
