Add banking information after League approves your claim

Who should read this article?

Members with a spending account through League (like a Lifestyle Spending Account). If you have a spending account through an insurance carrier, the carrier will have different steps for reimbursing claims. Learn more in your Wallet.

If you added banking information to your League account after your claim was already approved, you’ll still receive your reimbursement. There’s nothing else you need to do!

Your claim stays in the “Approved” status until you add banking information. Once you successfully add your banking information, your claim will automatically be moved to a “Paid” status. This means your payment is in the process of being sent.

When will I receive my reimbursement?

You’ll receive the payment to your preferred payment method (direct deposit or e-Transfer) within 1-3 business days.
