Create a Manulife Group Benefits account

If your League benefits include coverage under a Manulife Group Insurance policy, and you have received your Group Benefit ID wallet card in the League app's "Wallet" tab, please follow these steps to create an account with Manulife's Group Benefits portal.

It will take approximately 5 minutes to set up your online profile and enroll. Once enrolled you will get immediate access to your benefits information and claims submission platform.

1. Open the Manulife's Group Benefits portal on a computer web browser (not your mobile device). Once you are on the page shown below, please select "Register Now" in the bottom-left corner of the page.

2. On the "Site Access" step shown below, please enter your Plan Contract Number and Member Certificate Number. To find these numbers, go to the "Wallet" tab in your League app, and tap any of your insurance benefits, such as your drug, dental, or paramedical benefits. The numbers are located on the benefits card, and correspond to the Manulife Group Benefits fields accordingly:

Plan = Plan Contract Number

Member ID = Member Certificate NumberAdditionally, please complete every personal information field. This will include your first name, last name, gender, and date of birth. Finally, on the same page, please create your new account login credentials by choosing an email address and password. Afterwards, please click "Submit".

Success! You have now successfully created your Manulife Group Benefits profile.
