When you enroll with League, you might be asked to complete and add specific forms to your account. To do this, we've created a handy "My Documents" tab where you can upload your required documents.
1. Click your initials or picture in the top-left corner of the screen.
2. Once the drop-down menu appears, click "My Documents".
To upload your document, click on "Upload Document".
Choose your document in the "Drag or Upload a Document" area, add any additional details, and then click "Upload Document".
You can review your stored documents at any time and make changes when necessary.
