Welcome to your new health adventure with League! League is your go-to health and wellness benefits platform, and we're super excited to get started with you.
Once you've clicked on your unique link in your invitation email, you'll be guided through the enrolment process. Make sure you've entered the correct information for yourself and your dependents. Once you've completed enrolment, click on "Open my wallet" to get started on the League platform!
Welcome to your League Wallet. Here you will find all your benefit cards for your employer's specific policy, which will typically include League Spending Accounts and/or insurance products. Scroll through these cards to learn more, check League balances, find policy numbers, and more. You can also click Coverage to see what expenses are eligible to claim under your benefits!
Let's discuss how to submit claims. If you have an expense which is eligible under a League Spending Account, you can select that card and tap "Submit Claim" to upload an image of your paid invoice or receipt. If you have a medical expense which is eligible under an insurance coverage card, you can select the appropriate card and tap a button to submit via your insurance provider! This will link to your insurance provider's online portal, where you can submit and track your claims.
Before we explore the rest of what League has to offer, let's make sure you've set up your bank information, so you can be reimbursed for any League Spending Account claims. Navigate to the Banking Info tab to add your direct deposit or e-Transfer information. This will be the payout method for your claims!
The first time you link out to your insurance provider's portal, you will need to register using your Policy ID and Member ID, located on your insurance cards in your League wallet.
If an expense is only partially covered by your insurance, you can look to submit the remainder to your League Spending Account. This is called Coordination of Benefits. You must first submit your claim to your insurance provider(s), and once you receive reimbursement and your claim statement, you can submit it to your League Spending Account for the remaining amount.
