Adjustments to your invoice can be credit or debit adjustment to your invoice total. There can be a variety of reasons why adjustments are made to your account.
Credit adjustment may be added due to:
- An administrative error
- A refund for a subscription fee
- A correction to an insurance premium charge from one of our insurance carrier partners
A Debit adjustment (charge) can be added due to:
- Previously unaccounted charges
- An unrecorded claim payment
