Booking Marketplace appointments is quick and easy! Once you've found a service you would like to book, you can request an appointment right through the League app. The appointment will be confirmed by the provider via a chat conversation created between you and the provider. After you attend your appointment, payment will be automatically deducted from your spending account or charged to your credit card, depending on the payment method selected.
Here's step-by-step instructions on how to book an appointment:
On Mobile:
1. When you find a service you would like to book, tap on "Request Appointment".
2. Choose the time slot that works best for you.
3. Tap on "Send My Request" to request an appointment.
4. Once your request is sent, you can tap on "View My Request" to open up a chat with the provider.
5. If you would like to provide additional information, you can provide that right through the chat. Otherwise, wait to hear back to finalize your appointment date and time.
6. Once the provider has confirmed your appointment, you will receive notification via email and chat. If you need to cancel the appointment or change the payment method, you can do that right through the app. Keep in mind a cancelation charge may apply if you cancel within 24 hrs of the appointment. Also, once the appointment has taken place, you can no longer change your payment method.
