Our agents are ready to help Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 9 pm EST, and on Weekends from 9am to 6pm EST. 1. Select the Chat icon located in the bottom menu.
2. Next, select "Customer Care".
3. From here, select the ellipsis in the bottom, right-hand corner.
4. Tap "Help".
5. Select "Speak to an agent", and that's it! An agent will respond as soon as they're available.
