What are tokens and how do I earn them?

We award you tokens for completing activities in a challenge, and use them to rank your position in a leaderboard. Based on the number of tokens you earn, you can win fun prizes from your employer! Keep in mind, tokens don’t have any monetary value and can’t be redeemed for League Credit.

You can earn tokens by completing challenge activities in your Health Journey. You can see the number of tokens you can earn displayed on each activity. 
 

Note: If you manually track your activity progress and forget to mark an activity as “done”, you won’t earn tokens for the activity.
