Understand your metrics

Before you start: Follow the steps in the article “View your wearables data” to learn how to find your metrics in your League account.

When you connect a wearable app or device to your League account, we track your data and give you information about each data point to help you understand and interpret your data. You can find this information by selecting a data point from your metrics and scrolling down to the “About” section.
