Understand the "Paid" spending account claim status

Who should read this article?

Members with a spending account through League (like a Lifestyle Spending Account). If you have a spending account through an insurance carrier, the carrier will have different steps for reimbursing claims. Learn more in your Wallet.

When a claim is moved from an “Approved” status to a “Paid” status it means the payment is being processed. The “Paid” status lets you know that the payment is in the process of being sent and you’ll receive it soon.

After a claim is approved we:

1. Take the amount of money you requested from your spending account

2. Send your payment for processing

3. Move your claim into a “Paid” status

You’ll receive your reimbursement 2-3 business days from the date the claim was moved to the “Paid” status.
