Troubleshoot missing spending account reimbursements

Members with a spending account through League (like a Lifestyle Spending Account). If you have a spending account through an insurance carrier, the carrier will have different steps for reimbursing claims. Learn more in your Wallet.
It’s possible your payment failed. This is typically due to an error with the account information that was entered. Check your Direct Deposit information to confirm that the numbers entered are correct and that you have selected Direct Deposit as your default method of payment.

If you discover you have accidentally made an error in your Direct Deposit information, please re-enter the correct values for your banking information. Once you change your direct deposit information, League will automatically reissue those payments and you'll receive payment within 2-3 days.
