Submit claims to Sun Life

Submitting an insurance claim is quick and easy! 

To submit a claim to Sun Life, you'll need to navigate to your League Wallet. Here, you will find a variety of benefits. Depending on the claim type, you will see "Overview" and "Instructions" listed under each benefit indicating the steps required to submit a claim.

For drug, dental and health claims, you'll see the button to "Submit a Claim to Sun Life". This will send you to the Sun Life portal where you can log in using your member and policy IDs. Learn more about creating a Sun Life account.

For all other claims, please follow the instructions indicated for the benefit.
