Are you buying something that's covered by your insurance plan (for example, by your Drug, Dental, or Medical benefits)? You can't use your insurance plan to make the purchase, but you can still get your order covered by following these steps:
1. Make the purchase with your credit card
2. Submit a claim to your insurance carrier using your order receipt

Note: You can't buy something with a spending account and also submit a claim to your carrier. You should always submit a claim to your carrier first, and submit any remaining balance to your spending account.
