View your rewards points and redeem them for League Credit

Rewards points are how we reward you for healthy behaviour. Earn rewards points by completing actions that are eligible for points in your League account,  and redeem these points for League Credit to spend in Lifemarket. 

You can check how many rewards points you have or redeem your points for League Credit in your League account or on Lifemarket.

View and redeem rewards points in your League account

On mobile:

1. Tap the profile icon.

2. Select your points balance.

You can see your rewards points’ balance, how much League Credit you have, and redeem your points for League Credit.

3. To redeem your rewards points for League Credit (a.k.a turn your points into League Credit to spend in Lifemarket), click “Redeem Points”. If you don’t see this button, this means you don’t have enough points to redeem them yet.  

Note: Keep in mind that once you redeem points for League Credit, your League Credit can’t be turned back into points.

On web:

1. Sign in to your League account.

2. Click "Journey".

3. Click your points balance.

You can see more details about your points, how much League Credit you have, and redeem your points for League Credit.

4. To redeem your rewards points for League Credit (a.k.a turn your points into League Credit to spend in Lifemarket), click “Redeem Points”. If you don’t see this button, this means you don’t have enough points to redeem them yet. 

 

Note: Keep in mind that once you redeem points for League Credit, your League Credit can’t be turned back into points.

1. Tap “Lifemarket”.

2. Tap your rewards points’ balance at the top of any Lifemarket page.

This is where you can view your rewards points’ balance. We also show how much League Credit your points are worth, your progress towards earning more League Credit, and how much League Credit you already have to spend. 

3. To redeem your rewards points for League Credit (a.k.a turn your points into League Credit to spend in Lifemarket), click “Redeem Points”. If you don’t see this button, this means you don’t have enough points to redeem them yet.
