Discontinuing Lifemarket and Rewards

TL;DR

We are making changes to the rewards experience within the League App. Going forward, you won’t be allowed to collect or redeem points as per the following schedule.

Change can be bittersweet, but one thing will stay the same: we’ll always be here to support your health. 

Our rewards program will end on October 31, 2024 at 5 p.m. EST.  Following the departure of rewards, Lifemarket will close on November 28, 2024 at 5 p.m. EST.

Though our rewards program is ending, we’ll keep on offering tons of programs designed to boost your health and well-being. Remember to use your remaining credits on goodies like vitamins, teas, charitable donations, wearable devices, and lots more!

Key dates to remember:

  • Last day to earn: October 31, 2024 at 5 p.m. EST

  • Last day to redeem/Lifemarket closure: November 28, 2024 at 5 p.m. EST

Continue to use the app with all features and get points for activities completed before 5 p.m. EST.

What changes will I see in the app?

The app will not change, and you’ll be allowed to collect points for completing Health Program activities that were not added to your journey. For more information on activities added to your journey, see suggested activities.

How do I view my points balance?

Tap the Lifemarket icon or your Profile icon.

Redeem points and shop using Lifemarket before November 28, 2024

Use your League Credit on Lifemarket before 5 p.m. EST on November 28 2024.

Will my accumulated points lapse after the cutoff date?

You must redeem your points for League Credit before the cutoff time mentioned above. Points that are not redeemed will lapse.

How do I redeem my points?

From the app, tap the Lifemarket icon or your profile icon (top right) to view your points balance. Select your points balance and tap Redeem Points to redeem your points for League Credit (a.k.a turn your points into League Credit to spend in Lifemarket).

What if the available redemption options do not allow me to use all my points?

Based on individual points collected, you might end up leaving a small residual value that cannot be redeemed.

What if the credit available is not sufficient for a purchase on Lifemarket?

You can choose more than one Payment Method when you buy products on Lifemarket, but you can't choose how much you pay with each Payment Method.

If you choose more than one Payment Method, we'll take money out of the accounts in this order:

  1. League Credit

  2. Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA)

  3. Credit card

Support after November 28, 2024

You will not have access to Lifemarket or your League Credit.

How do I track my order?

Once your item is shipped, we’ll send you an email with a link to your tracking information. Just select “Track your order” to stay posted on where your package is.

If you have any questions about your order, contact the seller directly and they’ll be happy to help. You can contact them through your shipping confirmation email.

Can I return an order for a refund after the cutoff date?

Every vendor has their own unique return and refund policies. We recommend you always check the vendor’s return policy before buying a product in Lifemarket because some products might be final sale. You can contact the vendor from your order confirmation email.

If you used multiple payment methods, the refund will be issued in the same order as the payment. However, League Credit will not be refunded after the aforementioned date.
