Members with a spending account through League (like a Lifestyle Spending Account). If you have a spending account through an insurance carrier, the carrier will have different steps for submitting and reimbursing claims. Learn more in your Wallet.
Purchases made before your enrollment date are not eligible to be claimed. Your coverage begins on:
The date you enroll into your employer's policy on the League platform
or
The date that your employer's policy with League begins
You can easily view your current policy period by navigating to the League Wallet and selecting the desired benefit. Your policy period start and end date will be on the benefit’s page.
